With a kickoff call about your business, your goals, and what success looks like. From there, you can expect to see real design within a week.
Sometimes I'll present one or two strong design directions, sometimes more. These aren't necessarily fully resolved final designs, but concepts that help us identify the right direction and move forward. Once we've committed to one, you'll see it develop into the finished, build-ready design.
We check in when there's something worth reacting to, not on a fixed weekly slot. I work iteratively, collaborating with you until everything feels right. Feedback works best little and often: a quick call or a note on the work beats a formal presentation, and decisions get made while the design is still fresh. You'll always know where the project stands and what's coming next.
Yes. I design and build, in production-quality front-end code. For larger builds I team up with my long-term partner Micah Kohne as Kohne & Reynolds.
I design in Figma, and usually build using Claude Code, GitHub and Netlify.
Every project runs on a fixed-price basis: scope, timeline, and cost agreed upfront, with a fixed delivery date rather than a rolling commitment. Projects start from $8k for design only and $15k for design and development. Payment is straightforward: half upfront, half on completion.
